I am interested in social and economic research, teaching and coaching, and organization of seminars and events.
As a quantitatively oriented social scientist I concentrate my research on various aspects of individual experience such as subjective well-being and welfare, gender roles, discrimination in the labour market due to gender and migratory background, inequality and social exclusion.
As a teacher, over the last 15 years, I have gained a broad experience in education and training working with students of various ages and levels, from high school to postgraduate university programs and young professors trainings. I have developed and taught courses covering topics, from the basics of programming to the design and analysis of social surveys, and the economics of poverty.
As an organizer, I have successfully performed a range of duties necessary for smooth proceeding of seminars and events. I am experienced with drafting calls for papers and workshop programs, communication with potential keynote speakers and participants, application processing, selection of participants as well as logistic and administration tasks, including visa application assistance for participants.
